The only thing that is private is the BitBeast stock shares, BitBeast will be a private company meaning you cannot become a shareholder. Stock options will be limited to start up members, we will all get equal shares of the company.
This gives a bit of breathing room in the future if any issues arise we can launch a IPO to help mitigate damages and continue operation. I am paranoid about hackers so I want to have multiple fall backs to keep BitBeast going once we begin.

Users after creating an account and confirming information on BitBeast will be able to deposit crypto-currency funds to purchase a month to month mining contract or use their funds to join in our automated trading.

  To encourage long term members mining contracts decease in cost every month you do not withdraw your deposit, trading payouts will be % based on the weight of your deposit compared to the total trade accounts value in your selected coin.

The exact numbers are currently not being released due the fact more calculations need to be done.
For this project to happen there are key members still missing, I may have the idea and a small media presence but I cannot do this on my own. I now call on the Crypto-Community for help!

I believe an ICO could sustain enough investors to get this all started. Due to the fact the tokens cannot be traded on an exchange we would need to collect them all and offer users something in return. My idea is a percentage based return valid for 180 days that is usable for trading or a mining contract.

A Quick Hypothetical;

 Users can purchase tokens at 1USD/Token to support the start up.
Once BitBeast is created we offer a 50% rebate on all BitBeast token deposits where you can now use that to trade or rent a mining contract. 100 tokens equaling $50 USD.
 All Token deposits will be honored for 6 months(180 days), profits will be paid out in the crypto-currency of your choosing. Tokens are unable to be withdrawn after deposited, you can only choose whether to trade or mine.
After 180 days, BitBeast Token deposits it will be removed.
